The “Kampinos” estate represents a complex challenge, involving the design of 240 residential houses and meticulous urban planning, while taking into account the scale of the project.

The unique location of the settlement – in the vicinity of the Kampinos Forest and, at the same time, in close proximity to Warsaw – determined the likely profile of its future residents: individuals who seek a quiet, family lifestyle, combined with employment opportunities in a large city and the chance to enjoy its charms. With the needs of the residents in mind, we created an intricate design for the settlement that includes complete technical, cultural, and social infrastructure.
