Factory Centrum Sp. z o.o. was established in 2014 in Zielona Góra and is part of the Factory International Group, which includes, among others, companies in the real estate, renewable energy and construction aggregate mining industries.

The ownership and management supervision of the group are performed by Mr. Stanislaw Tomas – a businessman, investor, initiator and shareholder of many international projects.
